We specialize in delivering a wide range of fresh, high-quality mangoes, seasonal fruits, and a variety of fresh vegetables directly to your doorstep. Our selection is carefully curated to bring you the best of what’s in season.
“Fresh” is in our name for a reason! We are committed to sourcing our produce directly and delivering it to you with minimal delay, ensuring maximum freshness and flavor. We work hard to maintain a quick turnover from farm to your home.
We pride ourselves on sourcing our produce from reputable local farms and suppliers, prioritizing quality and freshness.
While we strive for the highest quality and responsible farming practices, not all our products are certified organic. We will clearly label any products that are specifically organic.
2. Ordering & Delivery
You can easily place an order directly through our website dailyfreshfoods.com.pk . Simply browse our selection, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
We currently deliver across Lahore, Pakistan. Please ensure your delivery address is within our service area during checkout.
Our standard delivery times are Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. You can select your preferred delivery slot during checkout, subject to availability.
We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive your order during your chosen delivery slot, especially for fresh produce. If you are not available, our delivery person will try to contact you. If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to our facility, and re-delivery charges may apply. We cannot be held responsible for the freshness of produce that is left unattended for extended periods.
3. Payments
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Online Bank Transfers, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) for your convenience.
Yes, we use secure payment gateways to ensure that your payment information is protected and encrypted.
4. Returns & Refunds (Important for Perishables!)
Due to the highly perishable nature of our fresh fruits and vegetables, we do not accept returns. Our priority is to deliver the freshest possible produce directly to you, and returning items would compromise their quality.
We take great care in packaging and handling our products. However, if your order arrives significantly damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery.

Your order number.
A clear description of the issue.
Photographs of the damaged or spoiled produce. This is crucial for our review.
Upon review of your claim and supporting photos, we may offer a full or partial refund, store credit, or a replacement of the affected items, at our discretion. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction.
